Managing Small Businesses: Winery Business Plan
For my entrepreneurship capstone in Italy, my teammate and I created a winery business from the ground up. We developed a full business plan - including financial projections, operational structure, production strategy, and a comprehensive marketing plan - to establish a clear path for launching and sustaining a successful winery.

Conducted a full marketing analysis of an Italian product and developed a complete rebrand and repositioning strategy. Our team presented recommendations for targeted marketing, updated brand identity, and long-term strategic positioning to help the product remain competitive and successful in the future.
